Chocolate Covered Strawberries

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup melting chocolate
- 1 pint strawberries (about 24 strawberries)
- Optional: crushed oreos, white chocolate or your preferred garnish
- Your favorite Raduno Infused Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Fill a saucepan with 1 cup water and set over medium-low heat. Place a glass bowl on the saucepan to create a double boiler. Once water simmers, place melting chocolate in the glass bowl. Stir constantly as the chocolate begins to melt. Once melted, add Raduno oil to your preferred dose.
2.Take your washed and dried strawberries and gently dip them into the chocolate mixture. Let the excess chocolate run off before placing onto the lined baking sheet. Pro Tip: It's super important to make sure the strawberries do not have any water on them after washing to ensure the chocolate adheres correctly. We recommend washing your strawberries the day before.
3. Optional: Sprinkle any garnishes over your strawberries at this time. Some ideas include crushed oreos, white chocolate, sprinkles, and edible flowers.
4. Once all the strawberries are covered, place into a refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
