Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting Raduno! We are excited to bring our infused culinary creations from our table to yours. Please take note of the following shipping policy when placing an order:

Shipping Restrictions: Due to various state regulations, at this time, we only ship certain products to certain states/districts within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. We do not ship THC products to the following states/districts:

  • Alaska
  • California
  • Idaho
  • Oregon
  • Virginia
  • Washington
  • Washington DC

We do not ship CBD products to the following states/districts:

  • Idaho
  • Maine
  • Washington DC

Shipping Methods: We currently use third-party shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver our products. We offer standard shipping for all orders unless expedited shipping is requested at an additional cost.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping location. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@radunofoods.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
