Honey Cornbread

SERVINGS: 8 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp. butter
  • Your favorite Raduno Infused Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking pan or cast iron skillet.

2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and form a well in the center. In a separate bowl, combine cream, eggs, oil and honey until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour your wet ingredients into the well of your dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

3. Pour batter into the greased baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Drizzle with Raduno oil to your preferred dose.
