Egg Nog

SERVINGS: 8

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 eggs, separated into 8 egg yolks, 4 egg whites (discard 4 egg whites)
  • 1⁄3 cup sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg or cinnamon, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Your favorite Raduno Infused Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Whisk together the 8 egg yolks, sugar and salt until smooth.

2. Add in the whole milk, whipping cream, nutmeg, and vanilla. Whisk further until smooth.

3. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or using
a hand mixer, whip the egg whites for about 4 minutes.

4. Add the 4 whipped egg whites into the cream mixture until smooth.

5. Chill until cold. Drizzle with Raduno oil to your preferred dose, top with more freshly grated nutmeg, and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
