Your favorite Raduno Infused Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and create a well in the center of the mixture.
2. Combine the melted butter, egg, milk and Raduno oil and add to dry ingredients. Stir until smooth. (Do not overmix!)
3. Heat a lightly greased griddle over medium-high heat. Add batter to the pan about ¼ cup at a time. When the pancakes begin to bubble, flip with a spatula to evenly cook the other side.
4. Serve with maple syrup and butter. Pro Tip: For added infusion add 1mL dropper to your serving of heated, warm maple syrup.
