Sugar Cookies

SERVINGS: 24 Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 1-¼ cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Your favorite Raduno Infused Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the butter, Raduno oil in your preferred dose, and sugar together.

3. Whisk the egg and the vanilla into the butter mixture. Add the dry ingredients and continue mixing until a dough is formed.

4. Shape the dough into 1 inch round balls and place them onto 2 parchment-lined
baking sheets and bake at 350° for 10–12 minutes. Tip: Wet hands if dough is a little sticky and you’re having a hard time rolling into balls.

5. Remove the cookies from the oven as they get a little color and start to crack
across the center. Then allow them to cool for 1–2 minutes.
